DESIGN SERVICES

Upon initial phone or field consultation, we would discuss your wants, needs and potential budget. Upon ascertaining those parameters, we would do preliminary measurements, photos, and sketches, quite often on site simultaneously. In most cases, we are able to give our customers a range of costs relative to what they'd like to achieve. At that time, we will determine whether to proceed with preliminary CAD designs and plans, often with no charge to the client. Typically, it takes one to two weeks for a second appointment to review all plans and preliminary costs. We will not relinquish the drawings, but will offer to sell them at a fee to cover our costs.
