Hi Grant, and again a Happy New Year to you and the whole gang at Creative, and a special thanks to you, and a nod of appreciation, for the professional way you run your business.

One of my secret irritations is witnessing companies, which means their employees mostly, not doing things that are simple but effective in providing a product or service the proper way. Usually its inattentiveness to small details, sometimes outright rudeness or incompetence, but always just a refusal to care enough to do a good job. With your gang, including subs we had a chance to encounter before we left Tigard, there was never a moment when we felt uncomfortable, not even in a small way. I'm not talking about protruding nails or 1/4" variances here, I'm talking attitude and demeanor, and helpfulness, and all those things that some operations take for granted (pardon the pun), but you and your guys (and one girl) seem not to. And I'm blaming all of this on you because it looks to us like you're the one that sets the tone, and keeps it that way. We'll argue about those nails and 1/4 inches when we get back, but I just wanted you to know how comfortable we have felt being in Arizona while you were riding hard on the busy-work back in Oregon for us.

Hi Grant,

Just had to email and let you know that we still feel giddy about the kitchen!

We sit in the family room every night and just get the smiles when we look at it.

Thanks again for making it such an easy process and for helping Dennis and I figure out a design that worked for both of us! Everyone who comes in to the house is just blown away by the look (especially those who saw it before the remodel). Common words we hear are "warm", "beautiful", "amazing", and "inviting". You are truly an out of the box thinker and designer extraordinaire!

It is now time for us to start thinking about doing some work on the outside of the house (the deck is rotting, gutters are leaking, house needs painting and we lost lots of plants during the snow).

We probably can't afford to do it all at once, but after working with you on the kitchen I am convinced that what we need is a good design to start with. I'm wondering if you know any good landscape designers that can work creatively within a budget? If so, I'd love to get their contact information.

Hi Grant,

I am pleased with the results and thanked Steve, Truman, & Jesus for taking care of everything and making sure I was satisfied. I appreciate your concern and felt that everyone cared and wanted to leave here knowing that they had done a good job and that their efforts were recognized.
